Dois advogados de peso assinaram artigos condenadno a censura da Folha:
Pedro Estevam Serrano, sócio do escritório Tojal, Teixeira Ferreira, Serrano e Renault e doutor em direito do Estado. Aqui você lê o artigo de Serrano, que também é professor de direito constitucional.
Também assina artigo na mesma linha Pedro Zanette Alfonsin, mestre em Direito Civil e sócio do escritório Ricardo Alfonsin, com sedes em Porto Alegre, Brasília, São Paulo e BH. Aqui o texto de Alfonsín.
